Shipping Timeframes

We ship from Australia via Australia Post and aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours during business days (Monday to Friday AEST).

Estimated delivery times:

  • Australia: 3 – 10 business days
  • Rest of World: 10–20 business days (varies by location)

Please note: Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to customs, weather or local postal delays.


Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.


Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number.


Missed or Returned Deliveries

If your order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we can resend it once postage has been paid again.
We do not refund original shipping costs on returned packages.


Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. These are the responsibility of the buyer.
Please check your country’s regulations before placing an order.
